Recommended Dosage & Length of Usage
Can be used occasionally before bed. Not to be used nightly. If needed for a week or so during PMS or menstruation, that’s fine, but otherwise, it should only be used occasionally. See all cautions and contraindications below before using.

A note about toxicity: toxic constituent refers to the constituent that can become a toxin in your body if used longer than the recommended time or used more than the recommended dosage.
Fir Needle - It is an abortifacient and is not recommended for use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Fir A. balsamea is non-irritant, non-sensitizing, and non-phototoxic. Fir A. balsamea has been shown to be a mechanism inhibitor of the P450 3A4 metabolic pathway in the liver. This could potentially inhibit certain medications for diabetes.
